RASIL is an SME established in 2013 in the UAE. It has extensive experience in agriculture and natural resources monitoring and development of geospatial applications in the field of Food Security and Early Warning, Disaster Risk Reduction and Management. Our expertise, in Designing and Developing Analytics-Based Data Products, capacity development, and niche communications products offers clients targeted services to advance their mandates. Our Team

RASIL is composed of three business Divisions: Business Development and Outreach, Training and Communications, and Research and Development. 1- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION The division is headed by Mr. John Latham, who is also the lead expert on natural resources monitoring. Mr. Latham is the former Head of the Geospatial Unit of FAO with over 35 years of experience in the field of Geospatial Information and Natural Resources monitoring.
