Training workshop on
“Project design, proposal writing, and fundraising in NGOs during Humanitarian Emergencies”
29 – 31 May 2016, Dubai
RASIL consulting services in Dubai Humanitarian City and Knowledge Development Company (KDC) in Lebanon have the pleasure to invite you to nominate one of your staff to take part in the upcoming training workshop on “Project design, proposal writing, and fundraising for NGOs during Humanitarian Emergencies”.
The training will take place at Dubai International Humanitarian City (IHC) from 29 to 31 May 2016 for approximately 18 hours.
Context:
The workshop was born from the need to develop the capacity of those who work in the humanitarian field to cope with the increased number of humanitarian projects and the diversity of partnerships with the public sector, local councils and the private sector in the UAE. It aims to provide participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to turn good ideas into meaningful projects, and enhance their knowledge on how to design projects with clear goals, objectives, outputs and outcomes/results and to articulate these ideas into a convincing, responsive and well-designed proposal. They will also be introduced to the project cycle management including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and also to the Results Based Management (RBM).
Tuition:
The tuition will be in Arabic.
Logistics:
RASIL and KDC will only cover the training course fees, participants will have to cover their own travel, accommodation and living expenses.
