UNICEF Syria

When the Syria crisis was entering its fifth year and the humanitarian needs peaked, UNICEF called for RASIL’s services to improve a knowledge management issue and establish the most optimized business processes. RASIL consultant initiated the use of third party monitoring and supported the development of new, Syria-specific information management tools. These tools included SMS-based assessments, partnership agreements monitoring and performance reporting. To ensure UNICEF’s ability to sustain optimized business processes, RASIL trained UNICEF staff and partners on GIS, data visualization and reporting.

RASIL also produced UNICEF Syria 2014 Annual Report, and prepared a set of info-graphic products and templates.
